- Arriving 1 ½ hours before scheduled ceremony.
- Overseeing proper set-up of ceremony.
- Organizing the processional and recessional.
- Assisting with the distribution and pinning of all corsages, boutonnieres and flowers.
- Seating instructions for ushers.
- Aid in distribution of programs, bubbles etc....
- Set up of ceremony flowers and decorations.
- Greeting guests and directing them into ceremony if needed.
- Lining up and cuing the wedding party when it is time to walk down the isle.
- Making sure brides train and dress are PERFECT before sending you down the aisle.
- Making certain that all ceremony musicians have correct music and musical selections for guest arrival, family seating and also the correct processional and recessional musical selections.
- Making sure that the ceremony musicians are cued appropriately to ensure correct pace and timing.
- Bring any remaining decorations or items left behind to reception site for set-up.
- On site troubleshooting unlimited.
- If there are on site coordinators, we will gladly work in conjunction with them to ensure a successful event.
- Greet vendors upon arrival and receive deliveries.
- Ensure that all vendors are doing their jobs according to their contracts.
- Assistant(s) for reception included.
- Assist wedding party, family members and guests as needed.
- Be there ready and available for any emergencies or unexpected occurences.
- Overseeing proper set-up of reception area.
- Making sure that the bride, groom, parents and wedding party are comfortable and have everything they need.
- Ensuring proper placement of tables, flowers, decorations, centerpieces, placecards, favors, etc... per your exact instruction before allowing guests to enter reception area.
- Greeting guests and directing them to cocktail hour and reception area.
- Assist guests seating cards by finding their table/seat.
- Making sure that bride, groom and entire wedding party get cocktails and hors d' oeuvres during your photography session and while waiting to be announced.
- Assist photographer(s) in gathering your wedding party and family members for pictures as needed.
- Coordination of events (dining, first dance, toast, cake cutting, bouquet toss etc..)
- Answering guests questions and concerns throughout the day.
- Assisting band/MC in guiding guests through the day and on to the next scheduled event making sure that no one misses these events.
- Organizing grand entrance and getting everyone lined up outside the reception area in proper order.
- Distribute final vendor balances and gratuities on your behalf.
- Gathering anything remaining at the end of the reception, such as gifts, toasting glasses, etc... and turning them over to designated person.
- Staying until the end of reception to tie up any loose ends.
- Includes all mileage, tolls, gas and travel time.
